Process & Logistics:

  1. Doug Singer inputs new sign ups into the Member Success Tracking Sheet and tags us.
  2. Doug sends welcome email with membership log in info and FB link to request access
  3. We reply all with Welcome Communication. Here is the checklist: 
    • Create Business Plan File (link to 2025 version)
      • Share with same people
      • Make sure it is set to anybody with link is Editor
      • Save to “PBP Protected Files - 2025 Accelerator MBP Files”
    • Add File link to Success Tracker
    • Send Welcome Email (script below)
    • Add them to the Calendar invite
    • Be on the lookout for a Calendly invite for their welcome call 
  • Follow up if you do not get in touch with them within 2 days

3) Complete the below prep work before our intro call, bring any questions you have and we can work through it on our call as well.

  • Step 2: Complete your “Baseline” Stats in your business plan

      • If you have any questions about this, let us know and we can help.
  • Step 3: Get familiar with your membership area and watch the “Start Here” videos.

For some people the program will be very quick and easy, for others, it might take a little time.

Call Process & Checklist:

  • Open their contact in Hubspot
  • Create a logged call - add in notes from the call
  • After call, create Week 2 Check In follow up task and add any relevant notes or next steps

Do we get 1:1 training from the coaches?

  • There is no 1:1 time with the coaches, however you will get coaching directly from our coaches on each webinar, in a group setting. This allows you, and others, to get insight into what everyone else is asking and to learn from each other, in addition to the coach. You also can reach out to me at any point for guidance. 

What actions should I take first/next?

  • New Business - Watch the “Start Up” section of the course and make sure all that is done 
  • Set your goals in the business plan file - to do so watch the “Build your Business Plan” section of the course and let me know when you have set your goals
