Accelerator: Month 3 (90-day) Check-In SOP
3 Month check-in checklist:
- Check to see if they are:
- Updated their $50k Target Doc
- Submitted a webinar question
- **** 90 days is what we say it should take for them to hit their goals, get them back on track here if they are not and/or are not using the course ***
- Call each person to check-in and get a pulse on how they are doing
- Make sure each person is active on our email list
- Open Active campaign
- Search their email/name
- Resubscribe them to PBP Accelerator list if not subscribed
Call Touchpoints:
- Do you have time to chat?
- What are you currently focused on and how are you feeling about your progress towards hitting your goals?
- Are you stuck anywhere? Can we get you on the next webinar?

- Updating Business Plan or not?
- If they are, make sure to make note on call
- If not, ask them where are you stuck?
- Attending and submitting questions to webinars specific to their business?
- If they are, make sure to make not on call
- If not, ask them why not?
- Are you dedicating time each week going through the course and what are you currently implementing? (If see something checked of on their business plan, ask about)
For people who are eligible or almost eligible for the upgrade:
- I want to acknowledge you are doing a great job and this is the exact type of steady progress that indicates you are on your way to achieving your goals
- You are 1/4th of the way through your program, what resources do you need from us?
- Like we mentioned on the kickoff call, once you hit this goal Mastery is the next step.
- We reward our successful accelerator members and will give you credit towards the Mastery program. (Christiaana has the exact details)
- Master is the path to $2mil + with a team in place and more freedom
